He is survived by: his wife Debra (Gray) of Gahanna, OH; his daughters, Shehara Wooten (Sean) of Dayton, OH, Shawna Flythe (Patrick) of Gahanna, OH and Angelica Ouandji (Pascal) of Ottawa; his sisters, Linda Smallwood of Atlanta, GA and Paula Smallwood of Columbus, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Perdue of Altadena, CA and Maxine Perdue of Steubenville, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
