He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Levine; his parents, Ida Levine and Nathan Levine; his daughter Pam Levine; and his siblings, Edwin Levine and Shirley Gimza.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Edelman (Steve) and Debra Joseph (David); his grandchildren, Crystal Edelman (Mike Ream), Eric Joseph (Danielle) and Jeremy Joseph (Bri); and his great grandchildren, Asher and Sam Joseph.
