With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel Augsburger of Columbus, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilda Quellhorst Sanger and Frank Preston Sanger; her siblings, Ethelda Russell, Vance Sanger, Louise Hawkins, Pauline Collins, Merrill Sanger, Norma Turner, Warren Sanger and Edith Layton; her husband Bob Augsburger; and her grandfather Frank Preston Sanger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Augsburger and Blythe Bertsch (Gene); and her grandchildren, Courtney Schoepp (Ryan) and Sarah Bertsch.
