She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Smith and Sharon Smith; and her husband Mark Whiteside. She is survived by: her siblings, Deanna Caldwell (George) and Thomas Smith (Amy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
