It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Jarrell (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Lemay; and her children, Peggy Mabes, Benjamin Mabes and Candy Rudolph. She is survived by: her former husband Ben Mabes; her grandchildren, Deb Johnson (Gary), Penny Knight, Jessie Bowen (Shannon), Charley Bowen (Megan) and April Schmidt (Ariel); and her great grandchildren, David Alan, Sierra, Craig, Keegan, Camron, Charley, Benjamin, Lillian, Jonathan, Christian and Donovan.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, a private family service will be held at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 S. High St, in Columbus on Thursday, April 23, 2020.
