It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Louise (Forbes) Stephanson of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Helen Louise has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Forbes and Helen Forbes; and her husband Earl Marvin Stephanson. She is survived by: her daughter Marlene; her son-in-law C. David Gustafson of Washington, DC; her son E. Marvin; her daughter-in-law Ann Stephanson of Groveport, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Jonathan (Marissa), Matthew (Yuanhong Zhao), Colin (Megan Diamondstein) and Ann Marie. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
