She is survived by: her husband Richard Dean; her children, Sharon Foster, Mary A. Foster, Alex David Foster (Shawna), Richard, Shavonne and Tony Dean Helen; her siblings, Donald Williams (Kathy), Robert Lee West, Diane R. West-Thrweatt (Ronald) and Robin Olivia Rogers (Rudolph); and her sister-in-law Martha Williams (Billie).
