Harper; her children, Vincent McNair Rash Sr. and Pamela Louise Rash-Perry; her sister Luvolia Cook; and her grandchildren, Michael Rash (Keyana), Latika Rash, Mayo Rash, Clarence Rash, Latasha Rash, Vincent McNair Rash II (Marissa) and Elisabeth Rash. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
