He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Horn and Emma Horn (Johnson); his siblings, Cecil, Haskell, LeRoy, Rufus Jr., Gene Horn, Phillip Meade, Lois Horn Stepp and Ethel Horn Pemberton; his children, Robert, Samuel Horn and Donna Horn; and his granddaughters, Brandi Horn and Autumn Lafferty.
He is survived by: his wife Garnett Horn (Ramey); and his children, Anita Spurlock (Keith), Herb Horn (Robin), Karen Hutchinson (Tony), Larry Horn (Marsha), Lisa Harber (Andy), Rodney Horn (Angel), John Horn (Leigh Ann), Mike Horn and Suzan Nugeeness (Daniel). He is also survived by 41 grandchildren; 93 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren.
