He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Ann Rogers-Miller; his parents, Arthur Miller and Rose Miller (Liberty Tax); and his brother-in-law Rick Rogers. He is survived by: his sister Karen Miller. He is also survived by brother-in-law, nephews, cousins and many friends.
