He is survived by: his wife Connie Spencer; his children, Kathy Nolan, Teresa England (Randy) and Charles Spencer; his grandchildren, Destiny Peters (Corey), Hunter Spencer (Jack), Marissa Purcell, Amber Johnson and Arianna Yates (Casey); his great grandchildren, Maison, Camden, Elyanna, Raymone, Hayden and Brantley; and his grandchildren, Stamp, Hank and Laila.
