He was predeceased by: his father Hugh J. Boyd. He is survived by: his mother Mary Alice Boyd; his siblings, Mary Kay Sharrett (Tom Armbruster) and Christopher James Boyd (Christine); and his siblings' children, Nathan, Katherine, Emily, Julie and Andrew Boyd.
