He is survived by: his children, Anne Meredith (Patrick) of Columbus, Patty of Columbus and Joseph of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Steven (Ashley), Kathleen Brake (Kevin) of Columbus and Kevin of Tampa, FL; his great grandchildren, Connor, Ethan Meredith, Patrick and Madeline Brake; and his sister Catherine Kolenda.
