Irene Golis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Golis of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Casmir Substelny and Mary Substelny; and her brothers, Edward and Hank Substelny (Carol). She is survived by: her husband Matthew J. Golis; her siblings, Eleanor Carmichael (Terry), Jeanne Substelny and Leon; her children, Karen Blacik and Matthew D. Golis (Traci); and her grandchildren, Madeline Golis, Sophie Golis and Cameron Golis.
