She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Alfred Warner; and her parents, Paul Worley and Lornea Worley. She is survived by: her sons, Alfred Gene Warner (Jonne), James Paul Warner (Sueann) and Benjamin Ralph Warner (Diana).
