He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Smith and Lois Smith (Turner). He is survived by: his siblings, Anita, George, Joe, Sally, Sam and Dan; his wife Ruth (O'Neal); his children, Susie Rovnak (Mark), Cindy Deliz, Janet Annis and Greg Smith (Sheila); his grandchildren, Anthony (Rachael), Christopher Deliz (Emily), Drew Harris (Gina), Paige Rovnak-Carter (Kyle), Nathan, Amanda Annis (Rick), Alex Smith and Jaci Straty (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Aedan Deliz, Aria Straty, Zoe Harris, Oliver, Damian King and Jack Deliz.
