He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Teach and Hazel Teach; his sister Georgia Morgan; and his son Tim McClintick. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Scott McClintick and Julie Boggs (Randy); his granddaughters, Jessica Pashovich (Kyle), Amanda Boggs, Emily Nininger (Cody) and Sarah Blankenship (Tony); his great grandchildren, Levi, Claire, Lilly, Hallie and Theo; his sibling's children, Brian Campbell, David Campbell and Holly Stir; and his close friend Ronnie McClintick.
