He was predeceased by: his significant other Kathy Barch; and his parents, Kenneth DeVault (Ken) and Hazel DeVault (Caldwell). He is survived by: his son Joseph DeVault (Jodi Naylor); his sister Kay DeVault (Robert J. Ball); and his son Joe.
