He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Allen and Agnes A. Allen; and his brother Major John R. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Metzner of Los Angeles, CA.; his son Josh Allen; his stepsons, David Metzner and Jeff Metzner; and his siblings, Lynne Dalgewicz (Rich) and Jeffrey P Allen.
