He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Adkins (Sistek); and his brother-in-law Don. He is survived by: his father John Adkins; and his siblings, Sue Holley, Joe Adkins (Marcia), Terri Uhrig (Richard) and Dao Tran (Lan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.
