He is survived by: his significant other Edwina Church; his children, Laura Church, Iyonna Stormer, Elaejah Church, Jeremiah Church, Michael Church of Columbus, James Church of Lorain and Brandon Church of Canton, Ohio.; his siblings, Michael Church, Bonita Church of Cleveland, Richard Davis (Belinda), Margaret Rippton of Detroit and Tonny Victor of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and his uncle Edward Church (Butch) of Lorain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
