He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bush-Herrnstein; his nieces, Carrie Scarberry (Scott), Lindsey and Elizabeth Miller (Joseph); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie Duncan (Tyler), Winnie Duncan, Raelynn Miller, Addison Miller, Enzo Duncan, Alexander Scarberry, Kaleb Miller, Carter Miller and Daniel Huston; his aunt Sandy Talmud; and his cousins, Sue Pack (Steven), Earl Oswald (Linda), Mandi Talmud, Wendy Truman, Laura Ebert, Debbie Reed, Danny Krumm, Marty Hine, Randy Hine (Teresa), Ricky and Ronnie Hine.
