He was predeceased by: his father Richard L. Frost Sr.; his siblings, John Robert "Bobby" Frost, Brian Foster and Katherine "Kathy" Shaffer; and his daughter Kristina "Krissy" Frost.
He is survived by: his mother Joann Schoonover; and his siblings, Barry Frost (Carol), Michael Davis, Charles Davis (Renee), Heath Hoover, Vicky Koehler (Tracy), Deborah Hall, Debra Frazier, Teresa Smoot and Kimberly Foster.
