He was predeceased by: his father Harmon Hewlett; and his cousin Michael Hewlett. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his mother Dora Hewlett; his siblings, Charles Hewlett, Hudson Hewlett, Jack Hewlett and Monique Lackey (Richard); and his siblings' children, Bill, Tim, Mickey, Julie, Nina, Tammy, James, Joshua, Aaron and Ryan.
