He is survived by: his wife Mary King; his children, Dale (Jennifer), Teresa (Brian), Jeffrey (Danielle) and Samantha (Shawn); his sisters, Paulene and Lorraine (Boo); and his friend Mike Hinkle. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
