He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Carter and Jacquelyn Carter (Jackson); and his brother Joe Carter Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Melissa; his children, Aleesha, Jazmin, Xavier, Brianna, Michael, Brandon and Max; his grandchildren, Aiden, Ashton, August and James; and his siblings, Michelle Fauble (Tim) and Michael Carter. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
