It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Timothy Bowen (Columbus, Ohio), born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2020, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Loretta; his stepfather Johnny; his father Timmy; his stepmother Tammy; and his siblings, Katherine, Matthew, John, Jordan, Darcey, Kirkland, Rick, Earl, Keisha, Olivia and Madison.
