She is survived by: her children, John Charles Duncan II (Margarita) and Renita Lylene Brooks; her siblings' children, Angela "Nette" Colon, Lakesha Faye Robinson (Julian) and Joe Colon; her siblings, Simuel Rose Jr. (Helen), Erskine Rose (Margie), Lorenzo Rose (Melba), Irene Woodruff, Sylvia Rose and Cindy Jackson (Randy); her grandsons, John, James and DeVon; her great grandchildren, James Jr. "DJ", Aubrey and Everly; her great-niece Jade Colon; her great-nephews, Quinten and Andre; her stepsisters, Betty, Joyce, Gail and Katrina; her siblings' children, Joey, Eliese and Briana; her sister Annetta; and her goddaughter QuiAna. She is also survived by several other cousins, family members and friends.
