We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2022, at the age of 54, Jason Zarate (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Alvan Zarate. He is survived by: his parent Leonore Zarate (Trushin); his brothers, Jeffrey Zarate and Steve Zarate; his aunt Ruth Trushin; his uncle David Trushin (Joan); his cousins, Paula Trushin, Neil Trushin, Miriam Freedman, Barbara Mittenberg, Avi Freedman (Sigal), Nava Polack (Zev) and Kathy Cross; and his close friends, Scott Elliott and Erin Arnett.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jason's memory may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
