We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2022, at the age of 23, Jaylen Dishman (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his close friend Lil John; and his grandfather Fred Shields Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Aliyah, Izzabella, Jayleigh, Serenity, Amiyah and Dusty (Samantha Akers); his parents, Stacey Dishman (Sheri) and Jerry Shields; his siblings, Kaylen Dishman (Breanna), Nubreichea West, Jerry Shields Jr. (Lizzy) and Brandon Dishman (Darcy); and his grandmothers, LaVonda, Debbie and Evetta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
