She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Warren Zook and Alice Wilson Zook; her husband Dr. James C. Poehlman; and her brother James Zook (Barbara). She is survived by: her brother Gailen Zook (Jeanne) of St. Paris, Ohio.; her children, Gailen Diehl of Columbus and Brandon Evans (Jill) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Alison Bragg (Travis) and Carter Evans. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
