He was predeceased by: his children, Zachary Botkins and Tannor Argonez; his sister Theresa Stone Thomas; his brother-in-law Randy Thomas; his nieces, Ashton, Cassie and Brooke; his nephew Brandon; his aunts, Lorena Papp and Gloria Brehm; and his cousins, Harold Pack, William Papp and Vanessa Denny.
He is survived by: his pet Billy Boy; and his close friends, Carri Henry, Trish Truss, Laura Mlakar, Geoff Schafer and Candy Blair. He is also survived by friends his best friend.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Jeff's name to the Columbus Humane Society at 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Court, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
