He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie and Jeanine; his stepfather Robert; his uncle Doc; his aunt Dolly; and his daughter Tina.

He is survived by: his wife Patty; his brother Scott (Priscilla); his stepbrother John Emrich (Lou); his children, Cindi Bauer (Doug), Jeffrey (Angela) and Michael (Lisa); his grandchildren, Justin (Lydia), Andrea, Delana, Austin and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Brandon and Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Aquinas Scholarship Fund, 1824 Collingswood Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221, which Jeff helped to found.
