He is survived by: his sons, Gregory and Christian Johnson; his niece Jennifer Johnson; his great-aunt Ann Lathrop; his great-uncle Richard Johnson (Marsha); and his close friends, Pam Spencer, Robert McCarville (Janelle), Marc Dobner (Tracy), Rick Gensner, Tim Anderson, John Koontz (Kelly) and Jennifer Morris. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
