He is survived by: his sister Janet Wilson Forward; his brother-in-law Brad Forward of Powell, Ohio; his sisters, Jayme Daniell of Hilliard and Jean Marie Wilson; and his stepmother Sylvia R. Wilson of Powell. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
