She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Buffer, Juanita and Joe Hoctor; and her siblings, Laura and Eric.
She is survived by: her father Jeff Buffer (Lisa); her siblings, Mellisa Caldwell (Jeremy) and Zach Buffer; her nieces and nephews, Caleb, Austin, Kaylie and Averie Caldwell; her grandmother Loretta Buffer; and her caregivers, Jenna and Laura. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
