He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lee Humphreys and Mary Springer; his significant other Donna; and his daughter Jenni. He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Mark and Harry; his grandchildren, Conner and Kylie; his children, Char Daw and Michael Sammons; and his sisters, Judy, Debbie and Sharon.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blendon Woods Metro Parks (4265 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43230).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital or St. Judes Children's Hospital. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
