She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola P. Pearson and William T. Lewis; her former husband Charles H. Smith; and her brothers, William Lewis, Dana Lewis and Earl B. Lewis Joanette.
She is survived by: her children, Allegra Sinay Lewis and Aja Simone Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Columbus Bible Way Church (2660 Rhoads Ave, Columbus, OH 43207). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eastlawn Cemetery (1340 Woodland Ave, Columbus, OH 43219).
