With sadness, we share the passing of JoAnn Collins of Columbus, Ohio. JoAnn, born on August 18, 1949 in Waynesboro, Georgia, passed away on October 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Brihm Sr. and Addie Lee Brihm; and her siblings, Alma Randall, Queen Esther Dukes Williams, Roy Brihm and Bobby Dukes.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Collins (Wayne) of Columbus, Ohio, Diane Blackett (Rodney) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, John Collins Jr. of Tampa, Florida and Tara LeBlanc (Thomas) of Tampa, Florida; and her siblings, Gloria Battles, Linda Buckner, Phillip Brihm Jr., Larry Brihm, John Brihm, Leon Brihm and John Collins Sr.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren, the father of her children and her best friend; and a host of nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Caliman Funeral Services (3700 Refugee Rd, Columbus, OH 43232).
