He was predeceased by: his father I'd; and his wife Pennie L. Sabel. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Meier (Les) of Radnor; his granddaughters, Jamie Bauman (Josh), Danielle Bauman, Anita Galloway (Brent) and Sarah Brittsan (Matt); his great grandchildren, Rowan, Maddox (Danielle) and Phineas; and his former wife Anita E. Bauman.
