He was predeceased by: his parents, John L Hall and Marion Koontz Hall; and his siblings, Shirley Carr and Richard Hall (MaryJane Carney). He is survived by: his children, Connie Cothern (Tom), Jack Hall Jr. (Teri) and Jim Hall (Elyse). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
