He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and MariJane Jackson (Lusch); and his former wife Elaine Alice Swartz of Columbus. He is survived by: his sister Joyce; his wife Carol Tiggelbeck; and his daughter Carol.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rutherford Corbin Funeral Home (515 High St, Worthington, OH 43085).
