He is survived by: his wife Frances Montgomery (Johnson Chase); his sons, Robert Montgomery (Amanda) of Acworth and Christopher Montgomery (Chelly) of Columbus; his stepsons, Steven Chase (Erin) of San Antonio, Colin Chase of Beachwood and Alex Chase (Ann Guy) of Oakland; his grandchildren, Ryan Chase, Charles Chase, Amelia Chase, Henry Montgomery, Tyler Chase, Mia Chase, Anna Montgomery, Naomi Chase, Austin Chase, Lincoln Chase and Johnny Montgomery; and his brothers, William Montgomery (Emily) of Houston and David Montgomery of Dayton. He is also survived by brothers-in-law from his first marriage, and many nieces and nephews.
