He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Davis; his sons, Shawn Bailey (Kim) of Louisville Kentucky and Jason Bailey (Monique) of Maryland; his stepchildren, Stephen Jones (Leigh) of Westerville, Ohio, Kim Burris and Kristy Burris of Virginia; and his siblings, Barbara Franklin (Tazwell) of Youngstown, OH and Curtis Foster (Anita) of Sacramento California. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five step grandchildren.
