He was predeceased by : his parents, John Everett and Phyllis Jean Thomas; his wife Frances Marie Thomas; and his granddaughter Courtney Marie Koch. He is survived by : his children, Michael A. Thomas (Gladys), Donna M. Jones (David) and Mary M. Duncan (Alan).
