It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Morton Morales of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, John Morton is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that John Morton's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Morales and Beryl Lockley. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Morales (Jennifer Krois) and Andrew Morales; his grandchildren, Christopher Morales Jr. and Addalynn Rosaleigh Morales; and his brother Robert Morales (Darlene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Ohio Cremation & Memorial (5464 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214). The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
