He was predeceased by : his parents, Rolla Jr. Phillips and Betty Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Sandra; his daughters, Tonya and Micki (Keith); his granddaughters, Shayla and Lindsey; and his brother Gary (Linda).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Grove City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ohio Health Hospice.
