He was predeceased by: his mother Alberta Brickey Montgomery. He is survived by: his father William L. Montgomery; his siblings, L. D. Montgomery Cookeville (Linda Holbrook Montgomery) and Julia Montgomery Conley (Ellis E. Conley) of Hurricane, WV.; his nephews, Matt Montgomery (Nicole) of Lexington, KY, Mark Montgomery (Erin) of Norfolk, VA, John Conley (Marla Zubel) of Bowling Green, KY and David Conley (Hannah) of Scott Depot, WV.; his niece Melinda Johnson (Carl) of Cookeville, TN; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lawson, Ainsleigh Montgomery, Siena Montgomery, Emerson, Eliot Conley, Julian Zubel Conley and Ian Johnson.
