Ross (Denise); his nieces and nephews, Gianluigi, Francesco Ross, Christopher Breitenbach, Jennifer Boggs, Andrea Cascioli-Grubbs and Daniel Cascioli; his cousin Judith Howard Hise; and his close friends, Ruth Montgomery, Carrie Mazza, Donna Carstens and Donna Keen.
