He was predeceased by: his wife Helen (Brusadin); his parents, Thomas Ruddy and Mary Ruddy; and his siblings, Martin Joseph (Joe), Mary Ellen Evans and Sarah Anne Spillman.
He is survived by: his children, Alice LaMotte, Joan Bowditch (Fred), Kathy Moomaw, Thomas Ruddy (Brenda) and Carol Shaffer. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
